SHIPPING POLICY
At Scream Eyewear, it is our goal to provide you with a most excellent shopping experience. Please note the below details regarding our delivery, order, and return policies.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receipt of your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All Orders are shipped with a Signature Required to help reduce package theft and fraud because even your coolest neighbor will be jealous of how metal your new glasses are.
DOMESTIC (US) SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
We offer free 2 day shipping throughout the United States. For those in need of express shipping we provide the option to choose Next Day shipping services at checkout (standard rates apply).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
While we ship internationally, we do charge a flat international shipping rate of $50. Canadian customers will receive ground shipping at $20 per order. Please allow up to a week for international shipping.
Your order includes import duties and taxes (including VAT), however, extra duties and taxes may apply depending on your destination country. Scream Eyewear is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
You can also check your order status by using the button in your order confirmation email.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
Unfortunately, our carriers are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount less any shipping or duty Scream incurs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@screameyewear.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
